FES Retail and the "Guardians of Childhood" Foundation

Since 2020 FES Retail has actively supported the corporate mentoring program of the "Guardians of Childhood" charity foundation. The project helps young people from vulnerable groups make informed career choices and gain successful work experience with the support of mentors—experienced store employees.
In 2024, 32 mentees from the fund gained work experience in the company's stores across 9 cities, including 14 teenagers with disabilities (hearing impairments and mental health challenges). The project involved СИН, ХС, and CR stores in cities such as Moscow and its region, Kazan, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Barnaul, Saratov, and Ufa. A new wave of internship for teenagers at FES Retail stores is planned for the summer of 2025.
This internship program not only provides teenagers with valuable professional experience but also helps them integrate into society, develop self-reliance and overcome barriers. For many participants, working in FES Retail stores has been the first step towards making an informed choice about their profession and further employment.
