СИН Opens New Stores

In July and August 2025, the brand opened two new stores: one in the Nebo Shopping Mall (Murino, Leningrad Region) and another in Central Park Shopping Center (Kursk). Both locations exceed 1,000 square meters, with the Kursk store occupying a space previously held by ZARA, which has since left the Russian market.
FES retail is focusing on a balanced leasing strategy: "Now is not the time for high rates. We only consider opening new offline stores under economically favorable conditions." The company always seeks a friendly and flexible dialogue with developers who share an adaptive approach to changing market conditions.
The results confirm the success of this strategy: within just the first week, CИН store in the Nebo mall ranked among the top 10 in sales out of the chain’s 250 locations.
By the end of the year, СИН plans to open new stores in several major cities. One of the key projects is a new store in MEGA Omsk Shopping Center, where the retail space will be three times larger than the previous location.
The retailer maintains a conservative approach, combining selective expansion with ongoing efficiency monitoring of existing stores.
